It's time for another small update on the production of Napoleonica: Steel and Magic. There are no major milestones to announce this time, but work on the project continues steadily. Some stages of production require patience and careful checking, and we'd rather spend a little more time now than discover something we could have fixed after printing.
Some time ago, we showed you the test samples of our neoprene player boards while we were checking the materials and print quality. We have now received the finished production run, and these are the actual boards that will be packed with the games and sent to our backers. It is great to see another component move from prototypes and samples to the finished product.
Meanwhile, our team is continuing to work on the character cards before they are sent to print. This stage is taking some time, as we're carefully reviewing the text, layout, and visual presentation of every card. We really want to catch any potential errors before printing and make sure the final cards are clear, convenient to use, and pleasant to look at during the game.
While production continues, this is also a good time to get familiar with the game itself. On our YouTube channel, you can find our live playthroughs, where we demonstrate Napoleonica on the tabletop and explain the rules and mechanics as we play. We have videos covering both PvP battles and the Solo Campaign, so you can already start preparing for your first games.

Production Progress

Today we'd like to share another production update and let you know how work on Napoleonica: Steel and Magic is progressing.
Miniature production continues at a steady pace, and more and more units are moving through the manufacturing process. It is always exciting to see the armies gradually taking shape, and we're looking forward to sharing more photos with you as production advances.
At the same time, we are working closely with our manufacturing partner on the new rubber-backed player tablets. We're taking our time to carefully review every detail, from the materials and printing quality to the overall finish, because we want these upgraded components to look great and feel durable on the tabletop.
Some of the secondary cardboard components have also entered production. This includes items such as the box inserts, which are now being printed alongside other packaging materials.
Production is moving forward according to plan, and we'll continue to keep you informed as each milestone is reached. Thank you once again for your patience, your enthusiasm, and your continued support. We're looking forward to showing you more progress very soon.
New Solo Campaign letsplay and production progress

Today we would like to share two pieces of good news.
First, we have released 2 new videos dedicated to the Solo Campaign mode of Napoleonica: Steel and Magic.
Unlike our previous demonstration in Tabletopia, this playthrough is recorded using the physical game components and is presented by a real player who explains the rules, mechanics, and decisions as the campaign unfolds.
If you are interested in solo play, we highly recommend taking a look at the new videos.
We also wanted to share a few photographs from production.
Work on Napoleonica is moving forward, and miniatures are already being printed and prepared. Not all the models are ready yet, but we are much closer to the goal. We know many of you are eager to see progress, so we will continue sharing production updates and behind-the-scenes photos whenever possible.

The pledge manager is now live, and we would like to clarify a few important points to help you navigate the available add-ons.
All stretch goals are now available for purchase.
This includes both unlocked and previously unreached stretch goals. You can add any of them to your order in the pledge manager.
If you want to replace all gameplay tokens in scenarios with physical scenario elements, you will need the following:

The Dead Soldier and The Dead Horse are decorative elements. They don't take part in the gameplay.
