Today we'd like to share another production update and let you know how work on Napoleonica: Steel and Magic is progressing.
Miniature production continues at a steady pace, and more and more units are moving through the manufacturing process. It is always exciting to see the armies gradually taking shape, and we're looking forward to sharing more photos with you as production advances.
At the same time, we are working closely with our manufacturing partner on the new rubber-backed player tablets. We're taking our time to carefully review every detail, from the materials and printing quality to the overall finish, because we want these upgraded components to look great and feel durable on the tabletop.
Some of the secondary cardboard components have also entered production. This includes items such as the box inserts, which are now being printed alongside other packaging materials.
Production is moving forward according to plan, and we'll continue to keep you informed as each milestone is reached. Thank you once again for your patience, your enthusiasm, and your continued support. We're looking forward to showing you more progress very soon.
New Solo Campaign letsplay and production progress

Today we would like to share two pieces of good news.
First, we have released 2 new videos dedicated to the Solo Campaign mode of Napoleonica: Steel and Magic.
Unlike our previous demonstration in Tabletopia, this playthrough is recorded using the physical game components and is presented by a real player who explains the rules, mechanics, and decisions as the campaign unfolds.
If you are interested in solo play, we highly recommend taking a look at the new videos.
We also wanted to share a few photographs from production.
Work on Napoleonica is moving forward, and miniatures are already being printed and prepared. Not all the models are ready yet, but we are much closer to the goal. We know many of you are eager to see progress, so we will continue sharing production updates and behind-the-scenes photos whenever possible.

The pledge manager is now live, and we would like to clarify a few important points to help you navigate the available add-ons.
All stretch goals are now available for purchase.
This includes both unlocked and previously unreached stretch goals. You can add any of them to your order in the pledge manager.
If you want to replace all gameplay tokens in scenarios with physical scenario elements, you will need the following:
1 The Well
1 set Three Pennants
1 Supply Cart
2 sets of Dummies
3 The Redoubt
The Dead Soldier and The Dead Horse are decorative elements. They don't take part in the gameplay.
If you selected The Emperor Pledge, your pledge already includes:
Rulebook, paper game board, and all core components for PvP
Miniatures, unit cards, and maneuver cards for France and the Legions of the Abyss
Miniatures, unit cards, and maneuver cards for the British faction

We’re happy to share that the Napoleonica: Steel and Magic pledge manager on Backerkit will be launched next week. New addons will be added: unit token sets, unit bases, unlocked stretch goals and all-in only stretch goals will also be added to the addons.
Pledge Manager will allowing you to:
